Precision came out the same day I called them. Bryce Dias Was my technician. He did a wonderful job and fix my garage door that same day. He was very polite and helpful. The house was built in the 50s with the original garage door, and I couldn't find the springs for it anymore. I haven't been able to open my garage door in over a year and decided to call them on a whim! I would recommend them to anybody. I am so happy I can open my garage door again! Thank you!

The third time was the charm! Can't thank Precision Garage Door enough for the outstanding job they did fixing my garage door. One company came out and quoted an outrageous price and told me everything needed to be replaced. And then went silent. Called another company and sent pictures and then didn't give a call back. PGD sent someone out the next day, after a great customer service call with a person who actually knew what they were talking about. The first tech who came out to inspect the garage door was honest, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The actual installer was all of that plus fast. Too bad I can't give more stars. Thanks again for the great work.
