Chris and Trevor deserve 50 STARS! Wow, this is the best installation of anything I have ever had. Both have fabulous attitudes and are extremely helpful and friendly. We went with Precision because it was part of the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. I am so glad we did! I like receiving a text message with a photo of the tech coming out. Our tech Sam was so courteous and nice. He got right to business and took the time to answer all of our questions up front and when the job was complete. I had previously had my one of my 2 doors repaired with Precision. Based on that previous positive experience, I didn't need to roll the dice with any other company. The technician alerted me of his arrival time, explained my various options and pricing. This made the decision much easier. Drew was my tech. He was awesome. I was surprised at the speed and efficiency he worked. He completed a job that I imagined would take 2 men. Very impressed and pleased with the whole experience.

I called and got an appointment for the same day. The tech got hold of me and was able to come earlier than appt which was great. He was able to get my garage door fixed sad I I can open and close by hand. They will be back tomorrow to install a new door and hardware. Great customer service.

One of the new garage door openers that we had installed a few months back was malfunctioning, but with only one quick phone call our technician (Steve Colley) was on the spot in less than 90 minutes. It took less than an hour for him to have the problem resolved and everything working properly again. Precision has great customer service, follow-up and prompt response, and Steve is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I hope we don't need anyone back again for repairs, but if we do Steve will be the one we request. Thrilled on all levels that we chose Precision when we needed new door openers a few months back. They're the best.

The installers were able to get to our project earlier than scheduled. From the time they arrived until they were completed was approx. three hours.
