Overall well done and I would use Precision again. The only issues I had include: 1) The pre-service-call chat understated the cost of the replacement springs. I may have gotten another estimate if I had know what I was really up against. 2) The first thing the technician said upon arrival is "I hope you didn't crush the torsion tube when you installed the openers." I resent the assumption that I am incapable of installing a garage door opener myself. (He found no issues with my work). Note - Your survey doesn't accommodate everything installed: Two springs, 12 rollers, two torsion cables, two sheave pullies, one bearing.

Jacob was one of the most patient, courteous technicians we have ever had working at our home. We had several issues we needed to resolve, and he resolved them with knowledge and efficiency. With one issue, he provided us options for repair or replacement, and his explanations for both options helped us make decisions we were entirely comfortable with. With another issue that was not necessarily required of him to resolve, he spent a great deal of time working on it until it was fixed. If there were more than five stars possible, Jacob easily earned them. We recommend Jacob and his company highly!

Our Precision installer was fast, professional and courteous. We love our new door and the new lift mechanism that doesn't sound like an amtrack parade. We purchased every product listed below. The installer offered to install the Lift Master APP on my smartphone. I said no, not wise decision from an eighty year old man whose VCR is still flashing twelve. My App is still not installed.
