While other companies may be willing to offer temporary solutions our technicians are trained and certified to offer long-term solutions that are safe and reliable for years to come. While I am sorry we could not offer you a solution that you were satisfied with the damage to your door is a safety concern and not something we would encourage our technicians to apply a temporary fix on. I called asking for price quotes on two 12x12 commercial over head doors for my new shop building. Interaction over the phone was very pleasant and the quote sent, very reasonable. When my doors were received, I was contacted to set a time and date for installation, at my discretion. The day of install the service tech was in communication with me about some details of the install for I was not able to be there. When I did arrive, they were finishing up and I could not have been happier with the end product. I'm not OCD but their attention to detail in the mounting of the door tracks was very pleasing; symmetrical, even, level, and true. 10/10 would recommend Thanks Precision Door!
