We are very disappointed that your service was so high. The tech was there maybe 40 minutes and charged us over $800.00. That is ridiculous. I priced several motors and they were all under $300.00.

We have attempted to reach you to see if we could alleviate your concerns.I have reviewed your invoice and have refunded $212.00 back to you ,as a show of good faith. Your opener was professionally installed and includes a lifetime warranty. Yours also has a rail that is one piece as opposed to the ones that have to be built ,thus offering more stability and less chance of problems, the same with having a "belt drive" as opposed to a chain drive, this is why our motors are priced higher than the ones available on line or at the national chain stores as we stand behind our products and our services for as long as you are in your home.We hope that our efforts will show that we truly are a customer based company and wish you all the best.
