Drew with Precision was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job. This was a small problem, but the door was originally installed 18+ years ago so we will be purchasing a whole new system soon and will definitely contact Precision for that. Great people!

So I called and was quoted $89 to $179 for a broken spring. Then the technician comes to my house and says it is $449. This was a complete bait, and switch. Even after talking to the a manager they expect you, as a customer, to know the details of a repair. If I had full knowledge of a repair, I would not have called in the first place. BUYER BEWARE!!

Had a broken spring, and they came in telling me I needed to replace the spring, rollers, and an opener for $1,700. I had them do the spring and relented on the rollers, and it still cost me over $700! They were going to charge me another 1,000 for an opener you can get at Lowe’s for $200. It’s my fault though, I should have read the reviews first(something I normally do). The red flag was definitely up with the tech/salesman trying to convince me to spring for the whole $1,700. Never again, and my recommendation would be to stay away. I feel like I was robbed.

These guys are not cheap, but they are good! Called at 7am and had a guy out by 8:30. Door was operational an hour later. Great Work! I would call again!

I totally recommend Precision Door Service and technician Justin Peterson. Called in the morning about my garage door not opening and by 3:00 I had a working door. The new opener is so smooth and quiet you don’t barely know it is moving. Justin cleaned up everything and then showed me everything about it, and I learned that you should lubricate the door every 3 to 4 months. Thank you Justin!

I needed a repair on Saturday and this was the first company I came across that was open and available. I never had an issue with my door and didn't know anything about any company. After making contact and scheduling my appointment I received a phone call, text and emails with updates on the repair technician and when he would be arriving. Upon arrival the technician went over the issue with me and all my options. My main concern was getting the door repaired as quickly as possible and Jacob assured me all options would get me repaired same day since they had the parts on his truck. Repair was done rather quickly. I went into this with no expectations but was blown away by the service I received. I highly recommend this company.
