Very professional . Could have been a little more forth coming with the scope of work that could be performed and the price vs. here is what we can do from a bare minimum standpoint. thought the price for just a spring repair was a little high. But overall very professional servise.

Lightening blew out the motor to my garage door so I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Precision was recommended by a coworker. Andrew came out yesterday and installed my new garage door, motor, light and control panel. I am so pleased with the service that I received, Andrew did an incredible job of getting everything installed and working perfectly. Excellent service!

In the end our door seems at this time to be properly installed and working as it should. However, on the initial installation the door was at least an inch off the slab on the left and the right showed a great deal of pressure on the seal. My wife was told it was due to settling and there was no adjustments done or indication that they could be done. After I called, the necessary adjustments were done the following day. We were left with the impression that if we had not called to complain, we would have been left with a very poor result. While we are now satisfied, it would be best not to try to gaslight the customer and do it right the first time.

They are kind, professional, they do not pressure you into purchasing unnecessary products, and they most definitely work with your schedule. They have great financing for those who cannot pay out of pocket. The installation went smoothly and I am loving my new garage door.
