We had 3 guys show up, Chris, Parker, and Levi. These 3 removed the old door and opener and replaced with new. They were very pleasant and professional. They did a great job. If in need I will use Precision again.

While the garage door is good did have a couple issues. One I requested that the old door which was good except could not be used with a opener to be left so I could see if I could sell it. They took all the roller and come of the hinges so is no longer complete. They also bent the hell out of the guide rail taking it off. I know most people just toss it but in this case I wanted it saved.

Jacob Austin was our technician. The company sent a picture and bio before Jacob arrived. He was professional, courteous, and went beyond what I expected from him. He worked diligently to determine the cause of the problems we have had and I was presented with 3 options; he carefully explained each option and the costs involved. He performed the work and cleaned the area when the work was completed. Not only will I choose this company again I will specifically request that Jacob Austin does the work.
