I've had two experiences with Precision. They were absolutely excellent & beyond professional !!!!! The absolutely knew what to do and how to handle the issues with my garage door. I had them replace my existing Garage door. Andrew, did the install of the new door.. He was excellent and was able and willing to communicate with me. (Sorry, I don't remember the name of the person that came to my house on Sunday afternoon to check my door problem - but he was also excellent). He was a real gentleman !!! I was very happy and pleased with him. Plus, he served in the U.S. Military which is a plus for me. He was a hard worker but at the same time provided an up lifting experience to me. All was good and exceeded my expectations !!!!! I have great confidence in Precision !!

I called because I heard about their reputation & received a referral from family member. Jacob came out to give an estimate to replace my garage door. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and was very patient while I was trying to choose the door I wanted. He was also concerned for my safety & would not let me show him how I had been opening my garage door. He asked me not to use the door as it had become dangerous & on the verge of falling. I can't say enough about how nice Jacob was. He is the perfect example of great customer service.

The tech was awesome although there is one square missing insulation strip and the insulation for that square is about to fall out. I will say that your advertising of discounts is false as we inquired about both the $100 off as well as the garage door opener and were told that since we took the $100 veterans discount, we were not eligible for anything else. A veterans discount should always be on top of any other discounts as it really defeats the purpose to offer as an either or. Since there was no verbiage in the ad regarding a veterans discount, these other 2 should have been included so from that aspect we are not satisfied. I do recommend the work done but I do not appreciate you not honoring any of any discounts you offer in your ads.

We were surprised to see that only one person showed up to remove and install a new extra wide insulated garage door however, the service person did an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable, polit and professional. We could not be happier with the job that was performed, we would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing to replace a garage door

This company could teach a course in customer service. They take calls and are able to book appointments when it’s convenient to me, even after hours. They know how to use electronic means to communicate each step of the process from booking the appointment to arriving in your driveway. They honor the appointment time windows and send you the bio of who is arriving for the service call so you know the techs experience and a bit about them. They put my door in a few years ago and I had a few squeaks, and I wanted them to just do a tune up of the door. The tech (Justin) confirmed it just needed lubricating and no adjustments to the door, pulley, springs, etc was necessary. We love the door and really are glad we chose Precision to install it and maintain it. The most reputable service company I have used for any home related work.
