Your tech Pete installed two new garage doors for us. I did not get the name of the other gentleman who helped for a few hours, but both of these gentlemen were the most professional men I have been around ever. Not only did they do a wonderful job in the installations but they actually cleaned both of my garage floors and left absolutely NO papers or mess for me to take care of. Pete also went through the MyQ app settings and helped with any questions I had for him. My neighbor even stopped by and asked for a quote for his door after seeing the job he did for ours. Also, because of the specialty color of my doors, there was about a three month wait due to Covid. Precision techs called me every Thursday to inform me when the doors were expected to arrive and all was still on time. How professional can that get! I am so please with all they have done I have already recommended to many other friends. Thank you Precision for a spectacular job well done!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. A very large garage door on my pole building fell off track and wasn’t sure I would find someone to fix it … but luckily Precision Doors can handle even very large doors! I received outstanding service from the initial call through the repair! Ethan and James explained everything they did and the repair was expertly completed. I will be calling Precision to inspect our other 3 garage doors and fix anything they find that needs attention. I highly highly recommend this company. Thank you for the wonderful job!

The entire process of acquiring the door for our boat shed was absolutely terrific. Everything that was within the control of Precision was 100% on target; the "supply chain" problem with its delays was another story, but still okay. I was impressed with everyone with whom I spoke to on the phone or in person was great. Honest! Actually, we had Precision repair our two-car garage door spring(s) several months ago, and in October we asked them to intall a door on the old, old, old, (32 years, that is) boat shed. In each case we could not be more pleased with everything.

Your price's are MORE THAN DOUBLE and pushing TRIPLE that of other local Door companies! I would NEVER recomend nor USE you company again!!!
