I chose Precision at first because I needed service with a Liftmaster gate; they were the only one in the area. The service has been outstanding with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. I will need a new garage door eventually, so I will absolutely be calling these guys again. The options for this review for service don’t include gate repair, but that’s what I had done.

Our recent experience was excellent. Within minutes of reaching out to Precision Door Service, I had responses to set an appointment and courteous live people to help answer questions. Dylan Byrd my technician was awesome and their system notifies you when in route and you can track them coming to your location. Isaiah and Sam arrived exactly on time for the appointment. They completed the installation of a Liftmaster 8500W opener and replacement of rollers, spring, cable and cable drums in a very timely and workmanship manner. The Liftmaster was linked to my home WiFi. All features and safety features were thoroughly explained. Finally, my car was synchronized to the opener. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Everything was handled professionally from the text identifying the technician who would be coming to my home to the courtesy call from the tech himself advising me of his arrival time. Dylan Byrd was very professional and informative. He explained everything he was doing, he showed me what he was doing, he explained the pros and cons of the options he could provide, and he cleaned up everything afterwards. I will ask for Dylan when I complete the remainder of my garage door project. I just could not afford everything I wanted to do this time around.
