The entire experience from sales to installation was excellent. All of the employees we interacted with were professional and happy to answer all of our questions. Cameron and his assistant arrived on time and their workmanship and work ethic was outstanding as they installed the new door and tracks. The quality of this Haas Miami Dade County Wind Load door is amazing. Cameron explained the programming of the keypad and programmed our vehicles. One of the attaching brackets for one of our doors broke away. Precision scheduled an appointment within 2 days and Precision technician arrived right in the window we were told. The repair was completed within 1 hour and he also provided us with a quote we could consider that would replace the door. Our current doors are nearly 25 years old and may need replacing. We are considering the quotes for replacement.

I chose Precision at first because I needed service with a Liftmaster gate; they were the only one in the area. The service has been outstanding with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. I will need a new garage door eventually, so I will absolutely be calling these guys again. The options for this review for service don’t include gate repair, but that’s what I had done.

Isaiah and Sam arrived exactly on time for the appointment. They completed the installation of a Liftmaster 8500W opener and replacement of rollers, spring, cable and cable drums in a very timely and workmanship manner. The Liftmaster was linked to my home WiFi. All features and safety features were thoroughly explained. Finally, my car was synchronized to the opener. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
