I called to have my garage door repaired and was given a timeframe for the technician's arrival the same day. Brent, the technician, reached out to me and was able to come earlier than expected, which was great. He gave us several options to fix the issue and let us decide which would work best for us. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. What impressed me the most was Brent had everything on the truck with him and was able to complete the job at that time. He was efficient and very clean while doing the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision for any garage door needs. Great service like this is very hard to find nowadays!

I've used this company twice and received great service each time. This time Justin came out. He fixed the problem quickly and then adjusted and lubricated both my garage doors. He got all the remotes and keypads all working too. I think the price was reasonable for all that was done. I am a very pleased customer.

I am absolutely blown away by this company! I had an issue with my garage where my car was trapped. I was able to schedule everything online which was extremely convenient. They had available appointments the very next day! Braxton called when he was on the way as well as arrived exactly on time for my appointment. He came prepared with everything he needed on his truck and had my door fixed with in an hour. Highly recommend him if you need help with your garage door!

At 10:20 am I discovered my garage door spring was broken. I called Precision service at 10:32 am. The repairman , Heath, arrived around noon. I had a very positive experience with Precision Overhead Door company. They answered my phone call on a Sunday and scheduled a service call for Monday. They showed up early and the service technician Heath Burlison was outstanding. He clearly has a lot of experience doing these types of repairs but also was genuinely concerned to make sure the work was performed correctly. I really could not ask for a better experience. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We have used their service in the past and called them again because of a problem with our single car garage door. Brent, the tech, called to let us know he was on his way. Turned out to be a minor problem with the electric eye wiring. Brent thoroughly explained what needed to be done and went straight to work to fix it. Brent even went as far as to lubricate the rollers and hinges on both garage doors. 5 star service all the way around. We highly recommend them if anyone needs service on their garage doors in the future.

From beginning to end, A+! Dispatchers provided excellent customer service. Appreciate them calling me and informing me Braxton, service tech, had finished a job early and could come a little earlier. Great for me! They even sent a text, beforehand, showing who Braxton was and even where he grew up and some of his hobbies. Appreciate this personalization! He showed up on time, assessed the problem, and quickly took corrective action. He even provided recommendations for future work that I may want to get done. After he left, he emailed me the invoice, along with the recommendations we had discussed earlier. Braxton has a great personality and knows his craft! He's going to be my go-to guy!
