Excellent customer service with an array of options to help stay within a budget. I felt they fairly priced services and did not try to price gouge. Service technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with on options. They were flexible when I tacked on changes from one to two units. Technician even identified an area that will soon fail given time and explained currently lag times with order and install to better anticipate any problems with install. Services performed: -installed 2 belt drive garage door openers -installed quiet rollers on 2 doors I will definitely be using them in the near future to replace the garage door. I am a DIYer and I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

Regardless of the problem a homeowner experiences, you really want someone with knowledgeable experience. Hunter Taylor was all that and more. He is definitely a five star employee. I would strongly recommend Precision to anyone, but more importantly I would insist on having Hunter Taylor do the service call and any repairs or new install.
