Last night, my security gate quit working and was stuck in the closed position blocking one of our vehicles in the drive. I called the original installer of the gate and was told it would be 5 days before they could get to it. I found Precision on the web and called them - they came out immediately (90 minutes after my initial call) and the technician (T.J.) solved the problem immediately. Precision was professional, responsive, and personable. I sincerely appreciate the rapid response and will use this company in the future for any overhead door or security gate problem I have. Excellent service.

Came within a couple hours. The technician was super courteous, knowledgeable, and fully equipped and prepared to do the job. He was finished with springs, reinforcement, rollers, bearings only about 3 hours after I called them! Thought I might need to replace a very expensive, steel backed, insulated door. They fixed it right up, stronger than new. Outstanding job - highly recommend.
