T.J. was our technician and he was prompt, friendly, professional, and very helpful. After our spring busted, we could not open our garage door, so he got it open for us so that we could get our cars out. He came back a few days later and installed a new door for us, since the old one had tears in it. The new door works great and it looks beautiful! We would recommend Precision Door to anyone! Last night, my security gate quit working and was stuck in the closed position blocking one of our vehicles in the drive. I called the original installer of the gate and was told it would be 5 days before they could get to it. I found Precision on the web and called them - they came out immediately (90 minutes after my initial call) and the technician (T.J.) solved the problem immediately. Precision was professional, responsive, and personable. I sincerely appreciate the rapid response and will use this company in the future for any overhead door or security gate problem I have. Excellent service.
