I bought a new garage door from Precision about a month ago and chose the most economical version with all blank panels. It worked great until that awful cold snap earlier in the week when it suddenly failed to open fully. Precision sent Hunter Taylor to respond to my concern and he expertly diagnosed the problem as an installation error by a new hire on the orientation of 2 wheels on the upper panel. He simply reoriented them and the door resumed normal operation. I was very pleased with the responsive attention to this and with the respectful interaction I had with Hunter who said there would be no charge for the corrective response. I then told Hunter that we had grown dissatisfied with our choice of the economical windowless panels and asked him if we could purchase a windowed panel as we originally enjoyed with the thought in mind of what I thought it would be worth to us. He said sure and figured a proposal that was 10% less than my ceiling, so I accepted that. He went back to the shop and returned with the replacement panel and expertly installed it while I watched. I’m reporting a very satisfying encounter with Precision and recommending their services for garage door replacements as economical, attractive, and functional doors for any need. The products are great, and the professionalism of installers and the business are to be highly admired.

I had to have our gate opener rewired. Precision came out and had my gate and entrance key pad up and running in no time. I did have to order a new exit key pad. Once it came in the mail, I called Precision and the plugged it in and now my gate is working like new. I can thank Precision and TJ Cooley enough for working so hard.

Excellent service and extremely timely! I put in a call late yesterday afternoon / early evening ... Spoke with a very friendly, helpful rep who said someone could be out around 8:00am this morning, and that they would call first as heads up when about 20-30 minutes out, prior to arrival. That is exactly what happened ... Austin was terrific (and I had a great time chatting with him as he quickly and efficiently completed the necessary repair... Torsion Spring replacement). From beginning to end, the work was completed within only ~30 minutes, and we are as good as new with a functioning garage door, once again! Second time I've used Precision and have been immensely pleased with the repairs and the experience I have had each time.
