This has to be an outstanding review. The technicians arrived as scheduled - a little before 2:00 PM and repaired the small irregularities in one of the garage doors including replacing a control switch and one roller that had come loose. They then informed me that I needed to contact Overhead Door to get two replacement panels for the damaged door. They gave me the phone # for Overhead door and then to my surprise didn't charge me anything. They were here about 30 minutes.

Mitchell did a wonderful job and did it very quickly! Not only did he replace our problem part and get our door working again, he did so quickly and efficiently. He also offered to adjust our door height because he noticed the tailgate hit it! Precision overall was so fast from booking my appointment online at 10pm on a Monday, to problem completely fixed by noon the next day. Thanks to all of you!

The guys who came over where great, they looked at my setup and made a suggestion on what needed to be done. They quoted me the price and then we agreed and they went right to work. The whole process has been outstanding. The initial response for service was very prompt. The notification was very fast and informative. He informed me that Precision didn't service the parts that I needed for my door but did advise what Precision offered. Could not be more pleased than I am with the response from Carl this morning. He called an hour earlier than my appointment time and asked so politely if it was a good time for him to come. It was perfect. He arrived, checked out my current situation and said he would gladly give an estimate, but thought he could repair the opener we have and save us some money. He repaired our opener and programmed the HomeLink in my vehicle all in about 20 minutes. Carl was a very pleasant young man to work with. Precision Door is fortunate to have him!

We had an emergency appointment scheduled for 8-10pm on a Saturday night. The garage door track was twisted and the door wouldn’t go up or down. Hunter showed up HOURS early, had everything he needed on his truck, was done in less than an hour AND we were very happy with the price.
