FIVE STARS!! Yesterday evening we were in a panic because the spring broke on our garage door. We called and were so pleased someone could be here the next morning. My garage door became disconnected and after trying to youtube it and fix it myself- I had to call Precision. He came out, lifted the door until it stopped, brought it back down and pushed the garage door button. All in a matter of 5 seconds. It worked. I said please don't charge me $75 for this. He said he had to but he would grease the door for me. I was very upset- I wish there was something he could've done to waive the $75 service fee. A new single mom days before Christmas- think next time I will ask around for help before I call a professional. Bad move on my part.

One of our garage door springs broke late Thursday evening so I decided to call Precision the next morning but I got busy and forgot to call until almost lunch. I was told they could be at my house at 4:30 and they were there They replaced both springs and were gone in less than 20 minutes Way to go Precision fast service and a great job

Thank you very much. Precision in Huntsville, Alabama were always responsive and were quick to have someone to my home for an estimate and to install my Wi-Fi garage camera/motor. I really appreciate the company for sending the technician to my home after I got off from work. Hunter (the technician) was very knowledgeable and courteous. This has to be an outstanding review. The technicians arrived as scheduled - a little before 2:00 PM and repaired the small irregularities in one of the garage doors including replacing a control switch and one roller that had come loose. They then informed me that I needed to contact Overhead Door to get two replacement panels for the damaged door. They gave me the phone # for Overhead door and then to my surprise didn't charge me anything. They were here about 30 minutes.

Mitchell did a wonderful job and did it very quickly! Not only did he replace our problem part and get our door working again, he did so quickly and efficiently. He also offered to adjust our door height because he noticed the tailgate hit it!
