I considered doing the repair myself as I had in the past, but the extra cost for about everything but the door. Based on the time the tech took to replace all the parts and the 5 year warranty I felt very good about the cost. It was done and I would have spent the better part of a Saturday. Thanks

Outstanding service. I called late in the afternoon and Mitchell arrived a bit before his scheduled time the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate (in my case, a new door was required to resolve the problem), and had it installed before 2 PM. Impressed that the appointment confirmation included a photo of the representative who would be coming. The purpose of the call was to quote on a modification to my present system to allow full opening of a man door. Very impressed with the service and technician that came to repair our garage door, he explained what he was doing to my husband and what the company had to offer if and when we need a new door. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone that ask. On February 11th, we called a different company American Overhead Door Madison, repairman said the problem was a "loose chain" - after he left, I had to call the number again saying "we can't close the garage door". He returned and said "Oh, I guess I bumped the electrical outlet loose" that tells me "he didn't even check it out before leaving" - all this for $85.00 - I will certainly not recommend American Overhead Door. That's why called Precision!
