We had to have our garage door replaced. I chose Precision because they had good reviews online and they could send someone out for an estimate on same day (not 3 or 4 days later). We did have to wait a few weeks on the particular door ordered because inventory low due to COVID-19 (understandable), but the owner, Jeff, communicated that up front and the door did arrive within the time frame he told us. They were able to send Marvin out the day after it arrived to install. Marvin, did a fantastic job! He was friendly, polite, on-time, able to answer my questions, cleaned up after himself and even hauled away the old door and the board-up material our insurance company installed after the incident happened. I have been very pleased with new door thus far and appreciated the service and attitude of all employees I interacted with. Precision was much easier to deal with than our insurance company!

Paul repaired the motor which opened the garage door. Excellent service. The appointment had a 2 hour window for his arrival ... 10:00 AM to noon. Paul arrived at 9:50, which I really appreciated because I did not have to wait 2 hours for his arrival.
