It was very helpful to receive a call with estimated time of arrival. Pedro was on time and was very considerate and very clear with repair options as well as providing choices for a new door installation. The repair was done well and in surprisingly short amount of time. A very good experience.

Service tech was super nice and knew his stuff. As i have done door springs and other repair in the past, i wanted to get these 25 year springs redone by a professional. Just chatted on line last nite and they were here before noon. Now thats saying something in this day and age. New bearings, springs and lubed. All is great. A good company to work with.

This was my first time using Precision and I give Precision a five star rating. Jezrel White was very professional, observant and noticed a few things a serviceman from another company missed. Jezrel made suggestions and explained every item needed but was not pushy. He replaced cables, and bottom brackets on one of our doors. He also gave advice on in home maintenance. I was very pleased.
