I called several places and they couldn't come to my house until Monday January 28th.Then I called you and you were able to send someone today January 25th to fix my garage door springs and other repairs needed for the garage door.I would give you a 5 star rating for the quick service you were able to take care of right away when I called today.

I called for an estimate for a new garage door and Precision sent Tech Mike out within a couple hours that day. He also offered to fix a problem we had with our garage opener while he was here, and he had the parts on the truck. I am very happy with their work, and eagerness to provide service. I had called another garage door company in the past about problems with our garage door, and after describing the problem they told me it probably was not cost effective to fix it. They could not be bothered to come out and actually diagnose the issue. So I was happy that Precisoin was able to fix the problem while just coming out to give me an estimate. :)

Great job done by Jezrel in a very timely manner. Called at 4:00PM & he was here by 5:20 and finished putting in 2 new springs & bearings by 6:05. Couldn't believe it was fixed that quickly. Very nice guy & explained everything very well. Won't hesitate to call you guys again if I need you. Thanks

The service person, Jezril, was very nice and professional, and the door seems to work. Other than that I wouldn't not call this company again. Bait and switch. I said I needed a spring repaired and was told it was &99.00 for the spring (installed) and $49,oo for the service call. Well, once Precision arrived I was told that they would need to replace the spring that wasn't broken for another $99 and to add insult to injury, there was a $15 "disposal fee" that I was NEVER informed of. I hate companiees that add on secret fees that they don't tell you about. I would have kept the metal and recycled it. Finally, I was asked to sign off on the work without a paper receipt or invoice. I NEVER buy anything without getting a receipt before the seller leaves. I give Jezril a '10" and the company a zero.
