Kurt was great and knowledgeable, showing me the one thing I didn't do as a homeowner which caused the sticking door problem. Review everything and advised of possible life of the parts. I chose to have springs replaced due to covering a service cost already here. Thanks Kurt!!!

We had a gear break on Saturday morning and not realize it until about 11:00 when we were done in the garage. Thanks to Precision for being available and responding quickly. Both the scheduler and the technician were very friendly and accommodating. The technician did a full inspection of our door, recommended 3 service options and fully explained the rationale behind all 3. He didn't just push us towards the most expensive solution, but did warn us that we will probably need to replace springs sometime in the next 3 years, but not needed for Saturday. Very nice to receive such great customer service. Door has worked great in the 2 days since.
