The spring on my Wayne Dalton garage door cracked. PCD came out the same day I called them.... The technician, Aaron, was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what failed and how it failed. He showed us what he was going to do to make it operational. Great service with a knowledgeable service tech.

We had a gentleman named Cody Lincoln who did the work on our door. We received a telephone call alerting us to his arrive time. Once here, he made a very thorough inspection of our door and was able to show me the need for springs, a center bearing plate, and end bearing plates. These items all needed to be replace given the age of our 15 year old door. In addition, we requested the bottom rubber be replaced. Throughout the whole repair process, Cody led me step-by-step through each replacement process fully explaining and showing me the need for the replacement parts. I felt Cody was extremely honest, courteous, and without purchase pressure to move our door to a working order. In fact the door now works so well you can hardly hear the up and down motion. He represented Precision at the highest level of professionalism. He should be given a "gold star" for a job well done. Hats off to this fine technician for his outstanding and superior work. And give Precision a five star rating for having technicians of Cody's ability to get the job done right! Thank you.
