Joe is fantastic.
When our garage door wouldn’t open, I looked to see the cause. Once I identified the issue, I quickly found out that this was a job for professionals. I remembered the commercials, and a friend of mine also recommended Precision. They were able to come out the same day (no same day service charge)! The person I talked to when I called in and the technician were great! Gabe (the technician) not only explained the problem, but also talked about causes of the issue and other components of the door. I didn’t feel pressured to get more than what was needed, and Gabe went over options for maximum maintenance and replacement. I’m thankful we went with this company, and I plan on working with them in the future.
Joe from Precision Garage Door was fantastic. Called them late morning and the work was done in a few hours, even though it was necessary to have someone bring some parts from the shop (my garage door motor/opener was REALLY old). Final bill was actually $50 less than the original estimate. Would strongly recommend.
