We had an issue with our garage door not closing all the way down, was leaving about a 1-inch gap at the bottom of the door. Called Precision Garage Door of Chesapeake and, much to my surprise, was told they could have a tech come out the same day to take a look at it. Received a call from Jamey about 2 hours ahead of my schedule appointment saying he was running ahead of schedule and could be there earlier if that was ok by me! Of course, it was ok!. Jamey arrived, evaluated my problem and said this was an easy fix. He also made several recommendations to ensure I would not have this issue again. Within 30-45 minutes my garage door opener was functioning like it was brand new! Thank you Jamey & thank you Precision Garage Door of Chesapeake!!

One of my 2 torsion springs broke Saturday evening and after contacting them they had a tech at my house 7 hours earlier than scheduled the next day. Took the tech less than an hour to replace the 2 springs and 2 cables on the garage door and get it back up and working. Great service but the price was a little more that expected but given the state of the economy it’s understandable. Tech was friendly and answered all my questions and offered some tips on maintaining everything.

The technician was fabulous!! He was very knowledgeable. He assessed the issues with the garage door opener and suggested several options regarding a solution. After selecting the best option, he performed the service expertly and in a very timely manner. After installation, he described what he did, explained the invoice and provide instructions on how to make sure the garage door opener works well. He programmed the handheld devices and devices in me and my husbands car. I am extremely pleased with the service. This technician was an expert and had very good people skills. Fast response, fast turnaround time, everything discussed prior to the job was discussed, everything discussed was done. The door works better than it did when the builder installed builder-grade stuff years ago. All of that, and they actually respond when you contact them (not the case with other companies). I'd call Precision again.
