The Precision experience was A+. I scheduled an appointment through Suzanne. She was extremely helpful and set the whole excellent experience into motion. Max came out to install a new garage door opener (the old one was decades old). He diagnosed the entire lift system and made helpful recommendations which would make the new opener operate as intended. He was knowledgable, patient, and efficient. These guys are the best.

Five stars---Tech was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in the repair (replacing broken springs) and preventative maintenance of my garage door. He explained the procedure and gave me an accurate estimated time frame for the service. I would definitely recommend Precision!
