Our garage door broke on a Sunday--Easter Sunday! I contacted Precision and their first available was 2 days away. They called back later and said they could come today! Max arrived even earlier than expected and did an exceptionally thorough job! He was very personable and spent a great deal of time teaching my wife and me about the door and how to trouble check it! Technician, Matt fixed what was wrong with a very botched previous install of a garage door and opener. Evidently, the contractor who did the previous install used old parts from the former door, which were not compatible with the new door....what a mess! Unlike the ex-contractor, Matt knew what he was doing and fixed everything that was wrong. AND, not only did Matt have the expertise, but he had integrity to do his best. Now our door opens and closes PERFECTLY. THANK YOU Matt, and thank you Precision for your help! Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs! They provide excellent customer service!
