Mr. Art Fuentes and helper did a fantastic job on the repairs they did. Mr. Fuentes was very professional, and new is job well. He explained every detail to me and my wife. the job was done in a good time line. They op checked the door and cleaned up after the job was completed. This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service and with repairmen like Mr. Art Fuentes I will recommend the company to all my friends and family. Mr. Fuentes showed us all the bad or worn out items that needed replacement. We are very satisfied with the results.

Overall your team did a good job. However, the initial visit with your representative and installation team revealed the following problem. The initial person who visited our home told us we would have to provide wooden boards on either side of the garage doors for build-up so the surface could be level and the installers could attach the new garage doors. We were told that the installers would attach the required boards. All we had to do was to provide the boards. We provided the boards but when the installer arrived he stated he did not have the tools to install boards and in fact he was not informed he would be required to do this work, obviously a communication breakdown between the initial person who did the assessment and job requirements flowing down to the installer. Luckily we were able to install the boards ourselves. But you need to fix this issue so you do not promise homeowners one thing and fall short on delivery.

Jason arrived in the time frame I was given and promptly diagnosed the problem. He explained the fix and the made the requisite repairs quickly. The new parts are an upgrade to the existing system with a life tome warranty. I recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or installation. I called Precision late Friday night and they were able to help out the next day. Jason showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. He was very straightforward with how much it would cost before he began any work and by the time he was done, the final bill was lower than what he originally quoted. Our garage door is working better than before and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.
