The service was excellent. The garage door stopped working on Sunday. With physical limitations, it was difficult to open and close the door. The appointment was made on Sunday for the next day between 2 and 4. The technician, Jay Skillern, arrived as scheduled. He was outstanding, informing what needed to be done to get the door operational. I would recommend Precision and Jay Skillern whole heartedly. They are the best!

A spring broke on our garage door on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and Precision had a repairman at our house within four hours. Jonathan came in and fixed the problem, and was on his way within and hour. Since we had done an overhaul on the door nine years ago there was absolutely no charge. Great company, and I would recommend to anyone.

You installed our garage doors last September and they worked almost perfectly until recently. They had started making a loud bang every time one of them was opened. Jonathan adjusted the door and everything has worked perfectly from that point.

The tech came out, immediately realized the problem and scheduled a return visit with the parts to correct the problem. As it was the result of a previous service call 9 months ago, there was still no charge to correct it. I will call Precision EVERY time I have an issue with my garage door.

I have had Precision out here on a couple occasions for unrelated issues and both technicians have been great. They diagnosed the problem and went to work. There was no upselling, but did have available pricing when I requested it. I will use them again, no doubt. The prices are always lower than expected, and it's not often that I see that.
