Precision Garage Door Service is always very professional and responsive. We thought we needed an adjustment to our garage door, so we called them. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment for us. The technician who arrived was wonderful. He did not see anything that needed to be adjusted. We were not billed for the service call. Excellent customer service!

We are extremely happy with Precision's service. We called them at 2:00 pm today and the Technician Tyson was Very nice, polite and Very Knowledgeable of their products and service. We had a new Garage Door opener and the Springs, Cables, Rollers and other necessary parts replaced. I LOVE how Quiet this new set up is. I no longer have the sound of a freight train going through my garage each time the door is opened.

Great service, fair price, and satisfied. Our tech Tony P was polite and took extra time to teach me how to keep up with the preventive maintenance that I should perform periodically. The person who booked my appointment was very friendly also. I got a same day appointment, and immediate service. We replaced pretty much everything but the door itself. My neighbor had a door installed by Precision Door, and I asked him for their number. Joe the man who came out to give me a quote was very professional, courteous and friendly. Also the technicians who came out did a wonderful job, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new garage door. My garage which was previously pitch black is now flooded with light from the garage windows. Also the insulated door has greatly decreased the summer heat in my garage. Thank you Precision Door!

I found Precision on the internet. Joe notified me of his arrival time. The service was EXCELLENT. A small part was needed for a 21 year old Genie opener and Joe had it and installed it very quickly and efficiently. I was really happy with service completed within 4 hours of my call for help. I had a garage door replaced today on my house, it's one of those long ones 16'x8' ( Double wide ). Since this was such an old garage door, everything needed to be replaced. It was actually a brand new install, and these guys hauled all the old stuff away. I have to say that I am impressed, and I'm not easily impressed, they even reconnected my opener to the door. For the price ( $1005.00 ) Precision Garage Door Company deserves 5 stars for such. The techs were professional and courteous, and very prompt, and it only took a couple of hrs. Thanks for a heck of a good job guys.
