I give it 5 stars however they did not have the rubber that fits on the bottom of the garage door and I am not sure how I can replace it if they don't have it. They were responsive and set up the appointment quickly and arrived early. Very professional.

Drew (our technician) called to let me know he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment if I would like. He arrived in the midst of a rainstorm, but his extremely friendly demeanor didn't show the least sign of being dampened by the weather. He was able to quickly and accurately assess the nature of our problem, and was able to complete repairs, including some on-site custom materials in a very timely manner. Excellent service all the way around. Our second time using Precision and we will continue to do so!
