We purchased an insulated garage door for our new home in 2020 and replaced the one that was installed by the builder. Theirs was a basic version and we had an insulated one at our previous home. We had a 'tune up' that was advertised in an email to us and wanted to maintain the door's integrity. The service technician - David - was most professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and did so in a very timely manner. We recommend Precision outstandingly.

The technicians I dealt with were friendly and explained the garage door issues so that I could understand them. The work was completed promptly and they called before coming over - and were early each time. Springs, cables, rollers, and a new belt were installed. The belt for my opener was an unusual size, so it was back ordered, but when it came in I was able to schedule the repair promptly and they did the job quickly, and made sure I was satisfied with the work.
