I was having a problem with my garage door opener. After calling 2 other companies, leaving messages and neve getting a call retuned, my son-in-law recommended Precision. They answered the phone and set me up with an appointment for the next day! The tech was very nice, checked everything and quickly found the problem! It was a pleasure working with such a reliable & reasonably priced service. What a blessing to come home from work at night and be able to drive right into the warmth & safety of my garage! My dog bent the rail of the garage door in the middle of the night, and the door would not close. I called Precision at 3AM and a wonderful man talked to me and scheduled a repair call for 10AM. The repairman came, finished the job very quickly, and the cost was very reasonable. (Hint: Don't tie your dog's chair to the rail. It bends.) I had a wonderful experience with Precision Door Service. They technician (Cori Merkel) came promptly in the allotted time frame. Cori was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Cori went over the options for replacing the existing doors versus fixing the current ones. She explained everything thoroughly. Once the option was decided upon, Cori fixed everything that same day! She made the extra effort to get everything done that same day. The finished work was perfect and done for a reasonable fair price. I would definitely recommend Precision and especially Cori for any future repairs or installs. Great job Precision!
