Our technician provided us different options. We decided to replace a current lift master with a newer model. Technician provided us with different options, explained installation process and showed us how to program the new unit. Went over details of manufacturer warranties and services provided on yearly basis He had the old unit and new unit installed and operationial in about an hour and had spent time on instructions. Chuck excellent technician and very happy with company to be very responsive.

Precision Garage Door offered quick service at a reasonable price and they delivered. My torsion spring broke on Thursday trapping my car in the garage. As promised, Precision was there the next day to replace the spring at close to the price quoted over the phone. The technician Cori was friendly and provided information my garage door opener installer did not provide even though she was there on another problem. She even lubricated my rollers. Very pleased with the service.

I called Precision Door Service because of a problem with my garage door. Within a few hours a technician was out to view the problem. It was determined that I had a broken door spring. The technician explained the problem, what he would need to do to fix the problem and gave to me a price prior to fixing the problem. The services that I requested were taken care of in a timely manner. The only complaint that I have is that the service technician seemed more interested in trying to sell me everything from new remote controllers to new springs and lastly new doors. I found that approach to be very off-putting.
