I found Precision Garage Door with a google search for a local company to install a new garage door opener. The whole process was so easy! I called on a Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning the entire job was complete! Our installer Mike came out with a stocked truck. He gave me several options and we chose the one within our budget and needs. Their prices beat the big box store's estimate and Precision was much more pleasant to work with. I'm extremely glad I called the right company and you will be too! Thanks Precision!

Mike fixed the door with a simple repair. Did not try to make it seem irreparable or complicated. Charge was reasonable. Only reason not given 5 stars was a bit of struggle with time of arrival. Thank you very much!

We had your $29.95 inspection for our 3 garage doors. Leo Cornelius was professional and knowledgeable. However, your written quotes (which Leo sent over via email while at our house), give VERY little technical information on the garage door openers. For example, no model # (other than the name of the .pdf file), no motor HP, warranty info., ... Also, your prices were high; $75/door for the safety cable; I'm getting it done for $24.95/door!

Total waste of money - adjusted my door (took 5 minutes and $70) - it worked for one day, then stopped - when i called to have it fixed again, tried to sell me on a new circuit board for $300. Went back to my original vendor who knows the unit and is more trustworthy.

Hi, Technician did come within the appointment window and fixed it. He gave an estimate of $338.95 cents for parts and labor for replacing a pair springs. I had a coupon for $15 which reduced the bill to $323.95. I had a looked at the invoice, the pair of springs is $200. Diagnostic fee is $49.95. I had already told them when I booked the appointment that the springs need to be replaced. Labor is $89 which is fine. Then I looked online and checked the price of springs. Even the 160 lb spring pair costs $40 in home depot. I think $200 for a pair of springs is way above the limit. Please review and get back to me. I had called customer service and she told me that the manager will contact me. I just wanted to make sure that Iam charged the nominal price for the pair of springs.
