We were getting tired of our garage door opener not responding properly to the remote controls, and the opener making horrible noises opening and closing the door. I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service online and gave them a call. I was asked many good questions to help them understand my situation. They dispatched a technician/mechanic who arrived within the hour in a well equipped truck. Gabe introduced himself, examined the entire system and helped me understand what was going on. Within a few hours we had a new, quiet opener mechanism, new remotes and a new fixed control pad. We are delighted with the service Gabe and Precision provided.

I’m sorry to say my problem was not fixed. The garage door won’t close. Green lite is not on electric eye. I moved it around like I was shown but I can’t get it to come on. I need another service call.
