Hands down- ?????????? goes to Precision Door Service… I called around 5:30p and told the scheduler this was absolutely not an emergency. We just needed to get our garage keypad replaced and a few extra remotes programmed. The scheduler said they’d have a technician out between 6-10p (SAME DAY). I told her it was not a hurry at all and they could send someone next week when it’s supposed to be much warmer. The technician told me no problem, the technician would call me when he was on the way. David was absolutely outstanding. He said he had been working since 9a (he was at our home from about 8:15-9:15p). He took care of everything we needed and was so friendly and seemed to absolutely love his job. The world needs more businesses like this one and more hard workers like David. I highly highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door. ????

I had reported that my garage door opener was not working using our remotes. Joe, our tech, found a problem with the circuit board. He gave us the choice of replacing the circuit board or replacing the opener. Because of the age of the opener, I decided to have it replaced. Joe showed me the different opener options and explained the difference with them and prices. I made my choice and Joe had the job done quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

Excellent! I called them late at night when my garage door fell off its tracks and they were out first thing the next morning. Gary helped thoroughly explained some issues. He was on time, helpful and very nice. I didn't end up needing anything done (he popped it back into place) and he didn't charge me. After hearing the horrible sound of a torsion spring snapping, I had to find someone to replace it since I didn't want to do it myself. I contacted Precision using the Online scheduling and got the email that Adam was my tech. He called before coming out and arrived promptly. When he saw the system he gave me the bad news that it was old and needed to be put to pasture. Adam explained all that he needed to do to fix it and the payment options so I gave the OK and I'm glad I did. What would have taken me all day took him an hour. That included the time he stopped to play with our puppy. Adam is a great asset to the Precision team and I would recommend him and Precision for any repairs.

Very rapid, same day, service for our older garage doors. Hadn’t required service for many years but problems came on somewhat quickly and unexpectedly. Patrick Mulligan, our service man, came out in a few hours after our call. He was very pleasant and professional and did a nice job. He figured out the problems and completed extensive repairs on both doors in a few hours. Happy to have things taken care of so quickly. Much more expensive than I imagined it should be, which costs them a star, but the repair is well done and complete and comes with a multi-year warranty. “Cadillac” service for sure, but at a “Cadillac” price.

I called this morning before 9 AM on a Saturday for a broken spring service call. We could not get our 2 car garage door open, and Precision has a repair tech here before 11 AM. That is very good response. One spring broke but I am a firm believer to replace both at the same time, even though it cost more. We are up and going. Thank to Matt M. Their website is impressive with very good information. I will use Precision Overhead Garage door again.

Very easy online scheduling procedure. The technician showed-up on time, had diagnosed the overall condition of my system and had laid-out all the appropriate new parts needed on my garage floor (opener to replace my 20-year-old/intermittent opener, springs (my springs were very old and very weak), nylon rollers to replace old/worn metal rollers). He was about to start the replacements but then got a call due to a family emergency. He notified me and he quickly coordinated with the company to get a backfill for himself. His replacement (Matt) showed up in a very timely manner and performed the installation of all the new parts and did a demo showing me all the features of the new opener. This company has excellent employees and has enough of them to be flexible and responsive even in unexpected situations. I would definitely use them again.
