Steven Tennant came out replaced garage door opener, cables, put a new motor in, basically replaced everything but the garage door he did a awesome job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

First of all - great ongoing communication via email and text. Second - the honest service was somewhat unexpected with standard services charges and such in today's small business. But Precision is different- the technician did a safety check, listened to my concerns, shared feedback, and quickly assessed the issue and resolved it. Steve the technician came out to the house a couple months ago and fixed up some stuff for us. He could have just quoted us a new system and been out, but he fixed our issue and said when we were ready to give him a call and he would come back out and install a new one. That time was a couple months later. Steve can back out and told us what we needed. It wasn’t the most expensive system, which he could have sold us, but it was one that fit what we needed.

The Long & the Short ---- The Landscaping service sliced the bottom panel of the Garage Door. When your Rep came out today, we described that another company replaced the door. It did not talk to us about replacing the springs. In fact, our door was replaced with a lighter grade. Well, several days ago, the springs "exploded" and tjhe cables disengaged. I thought I was doing something to help ( close the Garage Door ) and in came down and damaged the lower panel. I appreciate the help that I received from your service associate. All I can say is WOW!! We had another local garage door repair company to come out and they stated that they couldn’t fix our door and quoted us $4000 for a new door.
