Terrible experience. All they wanted to do was sell us things we didn’t need-all new parts, garage door, garage door opener Didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Had another company come out the following day and fixed the problem. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Steven Tennant came out replaced garage door opener, cables, put a new motor in, basically replaced everything but the garage door he did a awesome job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Steve the technician came out to the house a couple months ago and fixed up some stuff for us. He could have just quoted us a new system and been out, but he fixed our issue and said when we were ready to give him a call and he would come back out and install a new one. That time was a couple months later. Steve can back out and told us what we needed. It wasn’t the most expensive system, which he could have sold us, but it was one that fit what we needed.

Great job with fixing my garage door opener. Jordan was excellent in diagnosing the problem with my 15 year old opener and fixing it on the spot. He saved me the cost of a new opener by replacing a broken gear and working to properly adjust the chain drive and travel. I made appointment with Precision because I got the best rate from a customer service representative than other garage door businesses. I was taken by surprise when serviceman came to my house and asked which warranty I wanted which I was not expecting since customer service representative never told me about that. I was shocked when I was charged over $500.00 more than what I was quoted over the phone. When I called the company and requested the warranty be cancelled, I was told it comes with the warranty and cancellation is not possible. Not happy about that at all. Then oil that was applied along inside top bar leaked on the outside of door when door was open. The service man that did job came out, apologized for the mess and said that was unusual for that to happen. He cleaned the door, was very polite and did a great job. Over all, the job was well done just not happy about the unexpected warranty charge.
