From start to finish Tyler and Precision Garage Door gave me ABOVE EXCELLENT service. I called, got appointment, got reminder text and email, Tyler called when he was 10 minutes away from my house and I would highly recommend this company for their wonderful service. Steven Tennant, Precision Door technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked our system and determined what the problem was and, after 10 minutes, the problem was resolved. He also gave us a quote on new garage doors right on the spot and explained how the new doors would be installed.

I would highly recommend Steven Tenant and Precision Door. He was very courteous professional and on time. He did an exam of my system then gave me an estimate and allowed me to choose what I wanted him to do. He replaced a section of the rail that was part of the track for the springs and installed a keypad. He was in and out in an hour. I am very pleased with his service and highly recommend him and Precision Door.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!!! your Tech Maxwell Adamczyk came out to give me an estimate on putting a new opener in--- you office sent me a Text message with his picture and a little Bio about him -- Ive never seen a Company do that before I thought that was Great-- max showed me all that needed done -the price for the installation was good I told him to pencil me in sometime to do the work- he said he could do it right now ! now thats service I didnt expect that ! he did an outstanding install and showed me how the system worked. I couldnt have asked for better !! what ever you are paying him you need to give him a raise !! he is worth every penny. Well Done

Very prompt & accurate on time of scheduled visit for an estimate on cost of replacing door. However I assumed it would be a written estimate that Paul emailed to me but he only sent me an Safety Checklist which did not indicate costs per parts, etc. I'm going to forward to my home owner insurance due to him verbally quoting me the cost would be about $2900 but I thought it would be in a written format for my insurance company/ I plan on using your company but now must figure out how I'm going to pay for it or file with my home owner's insurance.
