I have been watching the Precision Garage Door commercial on TV for quite awhile. When I arrived home on Saturday and the spring in my garage door snapped into, I went to the Precision website and reviewed customers reviews, I gave you a call. After Brandon arrived and evaluated my garage door, other items were found that needed to be replaced. This was done and now the door opens and closes a lot Quiter now.

Wow,awesome service. I called at 12:11, the technician, Brandon called me at 1:03 to tell me he would be at my house at 1:45. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the door's springs and bearings. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly...even helped me to try and figure out how to program my car's Homelink buttons. This business is truly a model for customer service.

Brandon Mills replaced the bad parts and explained what needed to be done. He was very polite and efficient. My only complaint is that I thought the total bill was pretty high. He came when he said he would and took less than 1 hour.

First class repair by Brandon Mills 1. Arrive at repair site 4 hours after owner contacts Precision. 2. Determine what needs repair and replacement. 3. Agree to scope of repair and cost. 4. Get new parts which are in the truck. 5. Remove broken parts and replace with new parts. 6. 1 hour later, test door, submit invoice, receive check, and have a nice day. Good job Brandon

Scotty was an outstanding technician. Knows his business, and takes the time to explain everything. Making the appointment was easy and well done. Scotty showed up on time. He replaced my spring system, and installed a new garage door rail/chain system as well. He lubed the system and it is whisper quiet now. CAUTION: Precision Garage Door is not the least expensive solution. They use premium parts and high quality technicians. If your looking for the low cost solution, Precision Door is not the answer. But if your looking for high quality workmanship using high quality parts, this is your place. And Scotty is your technician!
