I had another great experience using Precision Garage Door Service! Alex Berk came to install new Springs. The secretary on the phone was super nice. Set up an appointment that worked for me. Alex gave me a heads up phone call. Diagnosed my problem and had all the parts right on his truck. They give you a price before they start and usually there are a few alternatives. Done in about 45 minutes. Takes all debris with him. I highly recommend this company and Alex!

We chose Precision after reading the advertisement but what make the experience great was the Technician Jeffrey Barrales. He is no only knowledgeable but quick to answer any questions or concern and put us at ease. Jeff did a great job not only on the repair but explaining the intricacies of the garage door and how it works. Great job by Mr Barrales. PS While working with n my door two other residents contact Jeff about repairs on their doors.

Isaac arrived promptly at the scheduled time, inspected the condition of our 2 garage doors, and provided me with estimates for 3 options to choose from. After I choose an option, Isaac proceeded to replace the damaged parts to fix the doors. Both doors are working fine now.

He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Aleksei fixed my garage door and provided useful information to properly maintain the doors going forward. I have used the company before. The techician was prompt, analysed the situation and pointed out a spring that need to be replaced. The spring was under warranty, so there was no charge for that. He fixed the electronic eye problem quickly and efficiently.

We just moved into our new home, and the previous owners had been lax on the garage door maintenance. One of the springs had broken, so we thought we'd get both springs replaced. We got a coupon for a free inspection in the ValPac, so we took a chance. The technicians were prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They replaced the springs and a few other parts, and we've got a ten-year warranty. They even showed up an app we can use to monitor and control the garage door. And it only took about an hour! I recommend this team to anyone with a garage.

I had both doors replaced and then decided to add on Motors! My doors were very delayed due to covid pandemic but everyone was very professional with the service provided once I reached them. Esdras Lopez did both days of work at my home....doors, then motors. He was professional, hard working, clean and neat with the jobs. I was very happy with him and the doors. The Manager Mike was wonderful and most helpful to me. I am recommending Precision to my neighbors and friends!!
