OMG - The whole proccess was like a walk in the park !..From my initial call for service ( painless free!) to scheduling a quick time / date ( with 2 confirming reminders from them )....it was a complete walk in the park ... Owner / tech Ronnie gave new meaning to Customer Service ! ...On time - vary fair estimate ..NO ATTITUDE ... professional work while tolerating to my stories and strange choice of music ! The spring on my garage door broke. I reviewed a couple of places and chose Precision Door. The info on their site gave me the confidence to give them a call. After speaking with a friendly person I made the appointment. On the day of the repair I received a call from Senaid, the door tech, he was on his way. Once here he inspected the door and assessed the needed repairs. We discussed the options and he was very knowledgeable about the parts, prices, and how long to repair. He did the repairs and we both inspected the now working door. I am very happy with both the timely repairs and fair price. Great work, Senaid !

First I was able to schedule an appointment through the website in the evening which was so easy !! Second was able to get a Saturday appointment in just 2 days !! Although we had hoped to repair our opener which unfortunately wasn’t possible our precision tech Felix was awesome !! He explained everything clearly and was able to replace our broken opener that day in less than a couple hours !! Will be requesting him when we are ready to replace the door. Thanks Felix !!

This Precision garage door service company was very good at informing us of a time, the same day as our call, that the technician could come to our home regarding a broken garage door opener. He called and said he could come sooner than arranged and that was fine. When he arrived, he was very personable and we discussed the pros and cons to consider in repairing or replacing the 22 year old opener. I chose to go with a new one because of the age of the old one. Felix Coriano was efficient at installing the new opener and took the time to explain its features and see that the garage door was working properly. Thanks you for waiving the service fee with the promo code that was on your website.
