I had a great experience with the Precision Door team. Denise and Liz were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind on the phone. They got Tyler here same day to figure out what was wrong. He was great to be with and went came up with a variety of solutions at different price points. Then he came two hours before his day was supposed to start to fit me into his work day. Well how can I rave enough. Yesterday I called cause my doors were working slowly. The response was so wonderful on the phone. I think I spoke with Rachel but I’m bad at names. She put me on the schedule for today. Texts followed confirming my appt. Our technician, Matthew showed up on time, fixed the problem in a short amount of time and was incredibly professional and delightful. Our garage door chain was not running smoothly. After calling another company (still hasn’t called back 4 days later), I called Precision. That was 10:30 am. To make amazement, they set me up for a noon (an hour and a half later!) assignment. Josh arrived at noon. We discussed our options, and he set to work. At 1:15, he was done with the entire job. He demonstrated the operation and that was it. I am extremely pleased with the speed of the appointment and Josh’s work. Thank you for a flawless process

This company’s employees are top notch and I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. After having an unfortunate incident with my garage door, I looked to the internet and found Precision Door Service. It was highly rated, and I now know that to be accurate. We had an issue with our garage door opener which was installed about a month ago. After I called the company to set up an appt, Matt Lawrence was here bright and early the next morning. He took care of the issue within 5 minutes (a broken bolt), looked over everything again and tested the door opener several times to make sure everything was working fine. Very pleased with Matt and his service. Highly recommend this company as well as Matt! He's a delight!

A few months ago we had Precision Overhead Door repair our garage door. The door, installed in the 1960's, needed a number of new parts and it took a few hours. Following that, the door usually needed a little "human help" or it would not close and would go back up. When I called to arrange another repair the person pulled up a record of the earlier work and we set a date. The technician, Anthony, arrived as scheduled and, within about an hour, had made the adjustments. The door works perfectly and is more quiet than ever. When I was asked to sign for the work, I asked what the cost would be. His answer, "Nothing, we have a warranty and you are being charged nothing, that's who we are."
