Had an issue with rubber seal at bottom of door and called for replacement. My service technician, Matthew Lawrence, couldn’t have been any more efficient. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. As a new homeowner I am not well versed in the world of garage doors but he assured me I had a good door and motor. After completing the job Matthew explained the warranty and gave me his card in case I had any issues. I’m so impressed with my experience and will be using them in the future. Thank you!!!
