I purchased a garage door and a opener. The gentleman that did the installation was professional and showed me how the opener worked and answered any questions I had. The women in the office have great customer service. I highly recommend Percision Door!

I will refer Precision to any neighbor or relative. Why, i really never expected same day service but after I spoke with the girl in the office she said that she could have a person there in a couple of hours. Then 20 minutes later I receive a call, on the phone was Daniel, he said he would be at my home in 15 minutes, unbelievable. I was impressed with his knowledge of the entire situation. He gave me 3 options, explained in detail all options. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. Good job Precision.

Price was a bit more expensive than I had planned but with that being said the convenience and service were great. My service tech Mario was pleasant and performed the repair work immediately and left everything clean. I now have a 7 year peace of mind warranty so all good.

After our recent wind storm, our garage door was stoved in and we called Precision to get an estimate. They were quick and professional. Since our door was not "standard" it took them a couple of weeks to make a new door. They called when it was ready and set a date for installation. They arrived as promised and did a great job. The door looks really good and I don't have to lift a heavy door any longer. Price was very reasonable and mostly covered by insurance. Good job all around.
