I would give them zero stars if possible. Service came out in May to fix the fact that the door wasn't closing because the "eye" was misaligned. The charge was $150 plus tax for 5 minutes of work. The same thing kept happening so we called again today. They fixed the same thing (less than 5 minutes) and charged another $75 plus tax. I obviously would not recommend them to anyone nor would I ever call them again.

Very impressed with flexibility on appointments. My garage door was seen the same day I called and Mike came in answering every question I had. Technician (Pat) called ahead to confirm appointment and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was very professional, the truck and equipment were clean and organized. Pat took the time to listen to my concerns, and then did his own inspection, and pointed out problems/issues I should be aware of. Precision installed a new door a few months ago,at which time I opted to keep my old opener. When my opener failed, I called again to have it replaced, as I was (and am) satisfied with the work that was done. I was pleasantly surprised that a technician was dispatched the same day, and the new opener was installed by that same afternoon. A few days later, one of the infrared sensors loosened and needed to be realigned. I found it to be easily corrected myself, so I didn't need to call for corrective action. Overall, a very good experience.

I am very disappointed that the technician who sold me the door could not measure properly and after waiting 4.5 weeks for the wrong door, I waited another 2 weeks to get the door.The person who measured wrong said he would make it up to me, but didn't return my phone call when I asked how he would make it up to me. ****
