This was a really necessary repair, as the garage door spring had broken and my car was stuck in the garage. Precision found a way to get a serviceman, Tim Harvey, out to fix the door on short notice. Job is first rate.

The technician was very professional and polite, but it was hard to believe that I would be charged over $100 for him pushing a reset button that took all of 30 seconds. Would this not be a courtesy for a previous customer already in the date base? I assumed he did not have the authority to make that decision, to offer such a brief service "gratis", so I did not bother to negotiate. Would the company, on the other hand, make this concession and refund the payment?

I have used Precision several times because they do such excellent work. I wouldn't call any other company for that reason. Tony Acker fixed my broken door and installed a new unit to open an old door. He also was critical in helping me decide about the new doors I have wanted for some time, showing me all the options and he helped me select the perfect doors for my house that I am thrilled about.
