Taylor did a good job installing opener and new rollers as well as adjusting the door to close completely. We had talked about replacing the door but he said it was in good shape. A few weeks later a crew came out to install the insulation and two new springs. I was not at home but my wife was. The first thing they mentioned was that my door might last one more year. Either they were right or Taylor was wrong. Personally I think they were trying to sell my wife a door which is not needed. In the future when one technician starts a job they should finish it to the end. My Opinion.

The technician, Gary, was outstanding. He arrived a bit earlier than the estimate, determined what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. He lubricated the door hinges and tightened all the bolts to prevent further problems. We discussed possible upgrades and he gave us estimates and recommendations about various options. He was efficient and very pleasant to deal with.
